This is a nice banding wheel constructed of durable press board. It is much like a counter top. The spinning mechanisim is made of quality plastic so that it gently glides around rather than jumps and rocks as most metal ones do. This allows you to paint a piece without picking it up and smudging it and also to get those perfect line on such things as plates and cups. Buyer pays all shipping. We charge insurance on all packages. UPS insurance is free up to $100.00 item and USPS is $1.30 up to $50.00 item. Sorry but due to the high cost of bubble-wrap and the delicate pieces we ship, we do charge a $1.00 packaging fee.
